1-Why Identity Shifting works.
Your beliefs about yourself dictate the actions that come natural to you. The actions you perform the most are the ones that turn into habits. If those habits are scalable they can turn into skills. With deliberate practice you can master those skills. Habits get ingrained on your unconscious mind, that’s why you can talk and walk at the same time.
2-The tools for the job.
Affirmations. I know it sound corny but they actually work wonders if you learn to use them. Do not use them as disingenuous statements, you need to use them to go deep into your unconscious mind and change the nature of the relationship with the habits you want to promote in your life, the kind of feelings you want to experience and the kind of person you want to believe yourself to be.
3-Actionable steps.
Write down you affirmations. I’ll show you 2 quick examples and explain you on the next title why this is the best framework you can go for.
Example 1:
I meditate daily. I love to go in depth into the void and explore the nature of my own consciousness. I am not my thoughts neither my beliefs, I am the awareness behind it all. I am a dedicated athlete, I sprint every day in the morning under the sun and workout intensely and consistently. I build my body with great pride and respect for myself. I love reading and gathering knowledge in depth because I know that by doing so I can achieve true greatness in this lifetime. Knowledge is the greatest tool of all and is in books where is hidden in plain sight. I work on my business consistently and relentlessly, there’s simply nothing that can make me quit. My enthusiasm towards my craft is unquenched by failure for I know failure is the stepping stone towards success.
Example 2:
As soon as I wake up every single day I work relentlessly on my craft to build my online business. My work ethics are insane. My competition has no chance against me. I simply love to get into a flow state while working fasted in the morning for hours. I go for a revitilizing sprint under the sun after finishing up the most urgent tasks in my work. I love the way sprinting makes me feel. I feel swift, strong, fast, mighty and powerful. I workout consistently. I practice martial arts and I love the thrill of the fight. I was born to be a warrior. I read daily to keep my mind sharp and learn in depth for I know there’s no deeper well of wisdom than books and I understand my wisdom is bound to grow and shall help me in my hours of need. I meditate every night to expand my consciousness and awareness and to get to truly know myself.
